Our Journey
It started with Mustafa's journey across continents. Born abroad, he lived in Belgium, the UK, Turkey, and Morocco — places where food tells a story of quality, care, and respect. There, he discovered eggs with rich golden yolks, meat that tasted like it should, olives pressed with care, olive oil that carried the essence of the land, and fish caught from clean waters. Everything organic, everything raised with dignity.
When Mustafa returned to Pakistan, the contrast was stark. Store-bought eggs had no taste — pale yolks, flat flavor. Vegetables and produce lacked the vibrancy he knew was possible. Behind the scenes, the reality was darker: no hygiene standards, animals treated badly, fed filth and waste, living in conditions that would disturb any conscience. The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Allah is Tayyab and He accepts only that which is tayyab.'
Asim, whose family had called Ausia Village in Murree home for generations, understood Mustafa's vision immediately. He saw the potential in his own village — the pristine hills, the clean air, the opportunity to raise food the way it should be. Together, they decided to be the change Pakistan needed.
We started with organic eggs in Ausia Village, Murree — free-range chickens roaming naturally, fed on grain and clean water, handled with ihsan from day one. We're building towards a full permaculture farm: free-range chicken, goat meat, raw honey, mushrooms, and rare vegetables not found anywhere else in Pakistan. Food that nourishes body and soul.
